I have always been drawn to the realms beyond what we know and see, to explore the magic and mystery of life. Traversing new worlds through books and movies and the infinity of my own imagination. I knew there was so much more to our reality than we were taught.
As I got older I found myself constantly in positions of being of service to others. I pursued nursing and then film making in college. I worked as a lifeguard at a local lake for over seven summers. I trained as an EMT. I worked as dog walker and pet sitter. And I have worked as house cleaner for families for the last eight years. In everything I did I found so much joy in helping others. This path led me to the realm of alternative health in the form of Chinese medicine, acupressure, Reiki, Qigong, QHHT, and more. I became aware of my role as a lightworker and Starseed and that I am here now to fulfill a purpose in the evolution of Earth.
It is my great passion to assist others in awakening to their true selves. To realize that the traumas and difficulties they have faced are to be learned from and released. The emotions and energy from those painful moments can be alchemized into a deep understanding of self and propel you forward in your evolution. I have found this work deeply transformative in my life and it is my greatest joy to share that understanding with others. As the greatest masters, teachers, and philosophers have shared, to know thyself is the great purpose of the human experience. To know thyself is to know the Universe and God.
In my free time I love to learn and explore. I have a passion for travel, reading, nature walks, and a deep love for the animal world. I am always seeking new ways to support others in my practice. Currently I am pursuing training as a Level 3 QHHT practitioner and studying Human Design and Galactic Shamanism. I live in a small town in Minnesota with my partner and our pets.
My Journey with QHHT
I discovered QHHT while seeking alternatives to the allopathic medical system for my partner who was struggling with severe health issues. Through a series of synchronicities I found the work of Dolores Cannon and I instinctively knew I had found something magnificent. As a voracious reader I sought out her books immediately and dove into her magical journey and all she discovered. I agreed to having my own session first, I then had an amazing session with Level 3 practitioner Suzanne Spooner, who has now become a wonderful friend and mentor. The experience was expansive and healing on so many levels. It helped me in ways I did not even realize I needed. Not long after, my partner had a transformative session with Suzanne where he experienced physical healing and so much more. It was completely life changing for both of us. It soon became clear to me that I should pursue being a practitioner myself. Since then I have continued to practice and study and continue further training. This work has been incredibly fulfilling and I feel I have found a true calling. I have not found another method that goes deeper or makes greater shifts than QHHT.

About Emma’s Alchemy
The title Emma’s Alchemy holds many levels of meaning for me. The name Emma has been in my family for generations and was chosen by my mother before I was born. Its origin is Germanic and means “whole” or “universal”. The concept of alchemy is an ancient philosophy found all over the world. Spiritual alchemy is concerned with freeing the soul with the understanding that spiritual growth is an alchemical process. It’s objective is to break down who you think you are to reveal your true self and soul. I have found working with the concept of alchemy deeply transformative and powerful in my life. It has allowed me to take my painful and traumatic experiences and metamorphize into something greater than I ever imagined. Emma’s Alchemy, thus represents Whole or Universal Transformation. I see Emma’s Alchemy as an invitation to work in my energy and philosophy. I believe we are all connect for a purpose so if you feel called to work with me then perhaps there are greater energies at work.
